Momiji Maple 21cm Bowl

Momiji are the red autumn leaves of the Japanese maple. In Japanese design, whether on fabric, paper or ceramics, they symbolise peace, tranquility and the quiet passing of the seasons, particular the transition from a colourful autumn in the mountains, covered in stunning autumn foliage, to a cold white winter. It's a time to gather with friends and family and warm yourselves wih a steaming bowl of hearty mountain stew or soup in a beautiful Momiji bowl.
